Darlyne is knowledgeable in residential & multifamily sales, property management, and rentals. She obtained her sales license in 2007 and has learned to love every aspect in real estate, enjoys investment flipping with her husband and managing over 90 units on her own. Darlyne works hard on every contract and ensures that her clients are well taken care of and tries to make the hectic buying/selling process stress free from contract to close. They previously owned East Hill Pizza, which she owned and managed from 2018 until the end of 2025.
On her days off, she loves to spend time with her family and travel.

T.J. also is a commercial flight instructor and is the owner of Pensacola Air Flight School www.kpnsair.com.
Together they also own Zoltak Landing, a private airport in Jay, Florida.
